TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF SUMMER

Winter sleep brings Spring treats, and Spring treats bring Summer feats!

Feat (fēt).   an achievement that requires great courage, skill, or strength.

Today is the first day of Summer for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, and Winter for those in the Southern Hemisphere. I hope you all had a beautiful Equinox (Spring or Fall) and are now ready to shift into Solstice.

Summer is all about energizing and rejuvenating. 

Take some time to answer these questions:

(1) What seeds have I planted?

(2) How can I energize what I want to harvest for the fall, whether internal or external?

(3) What parts of me need rejuvenation?

Winter is all about rest and reflection. 

Take some time to answer these questions:

(1) How will I give myself time and space to rest?

(2) What am I most proud of in this moment?

(3) What do I owe myself?

POETIC PARLEY III: SPRING IS FOR VAGINAS was my third live gathering. We sat on the grass, under the trees and sun and we parleyed about womanhood and love and sex. We shared personal intimate stories with strangers and offered advice and perspective. We cried and laughed and questioned and answered and listened and shared.
