IT’S THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING

POETRY  My second live poetry show, POETIC PARLEY II. It sold-out, we packed the house, andparleyed in the rain!

Rise and shine! It’s time to wake up from your Winter-slumber, where I hope you practiced and enjoyed stillness, and rest.

Spring is all about planting your intentions, nurturing your garden, new beginnings, rebirth, and renewal. They say to do some “spring cleaning of your space”, I say do some spring cleaning of your mind, your spirit, whatever you want or need to.

Really use this time to reset and realign yourself, think about what seeds you want to plant, what things you’ll need for the harvest in the Fall, maybe even water those intentions you planted years ago. Get clear and intentional with yourself.

After Spring we’re headed to Summer, and we want our intentions to be gloriously bursting in bloom.

IN THE SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE

Autumn Equinox symbolizes balance and harvest. For those in the Southern Hemisphere, you’re coming out of an explosive Summer and headed towards your restful Winter.

Use this time to harvest what you need for your hibernation. Find ways to express gratitude, celebrate yourself, and acknowledge your growth.

After Autumn you’re headed to Winter, and you want to be ready for the stillness.
